With a pair... of socks

23 Oct 2015  |  www.laprovincia.es
Sock´m, a new brand from Gran Canaria, founded by advertisers Daniel Mayor and Raúl Espada, aims to innovate in the sock industry with high-quality woven designs. The brand identifies a market niche in hosiery, a sector experiencing significant growth. Sock´m differentiates itself from competitors like HappySocks and Sockaholic by not printing but weaving patterns into their socks. Targeting a socioeconomically higher demographic, Sock´m plans to produce in OEKO-TEX certified factories in Portugal, distribute from Madrid, and manage creative and marketing efforts from Gran Canaria. The founders' experience with European brand campaigns, such as Gin Mare, fuels their optimism for Sock´m's potential to bring character and attitude to the sock market.
