The Federation of Public Transport Sector(Kenya) has been rocked by infighting over the impending implementation of the Bus Rapid Transit system in Nairobi. A faction led by Chairman Dickson Mbugua is denying claims that it accepted bribes running into millions of shillings to endorse the proposed transport system that is expected to ease traffic congestion in the capital city.

Dubbed "Huduma Halisi," the campaign will recognize and celebrate public servants who offer exemplary service through commitment, devotion and selflessness. The Campaign is an offshoot of the African Union’s anti graft crusade that seeks to rid the public service of corruption and champion effective service delivery.
