Man Posing as Woman, Terrorising Nairobi Residents Arrested
Peter Omweno Momanyi, 24, and his accomplice John Muchiri Kimani, 25, were arrested by DCI officers for posing as a woman and robbing joggers along Langata and Mbagathi roads in Nairobi. The suspects, who were in possession of crude weapons, defied police orders to stop and attempted to flee but were apprehended. They are expected to be arraigned in court, and the DCI has invited victims to report to Langata Police Station. The DCI has been increasing patrols, leading to more arrests and crime prevention.
