After a heated confrontation between Catalonia and Spain, the catalan society seems to be back on track with its normality amidst a political framework that is still as complicated as usual.

Among different discussions about the future of the region and whether independence can be achieved unilaterally, a new movement driven by the unionist side seeks to separate Barcelona and the coastal area from Catalonia, arguing that the electoral results clearly show how different they are from their fellow citizens.
