The intra-african migration - the example of Dakar, Senegal

Dakar, Senegal Social March 7 @ 4:35pm

Contrary to what is most often believed in Western countries, migration in Africa is for the biggest part intra-African (more than 80% of the migration is from an African country to an African country).
In Senegal, there are many Guinean people, and also people for Cap-Verde but also from all over the region.
I propose to meet some of these intra-African migrants and do their portrait: why did they decide to move? How do the earn their lives? What do they send to their families in their homeland?
I could also meet an academic who could talk to me about the impact of the intra-African migration.
