“Missing” Albanian teenagers in the UK becoming cannabis farmers

Tirana, Albania Investigative Reporting October 26 @ 1:56pm

Albanian children smuggled in the UK, in order to pay back the huge dept of up to 20.000 sterling, are used as drug mules and cannabis farmers by notorious Albanian organized crime bosses.
Underage children get permission to remain in the UK until they reach 18, then they have to be deported back home.
But in order to avoid deportation, they go underground in the Albanian community in the UK and are an easy target by organized crime.
Social services and foster homes across the country consider them as missing people reporting such cases to the police.
