COVID's impacts in Benin

Benin, a tiny West Africa country near Nigeria has recorded its first COVID patient on March 16, three months after the outbreak in China. Having gained enough time for preparedness predicted a sound response to address the disease in this country. However, the facts are quite different on the ground. Complaints abund while the authorities in charge of the national response seem completely unprepared and at sea.
