Jason Florio ( UK/USA) is a photojournalist and filmmaker based in Banjul, Gambia. 
His work is focused  towards under-reported stories about people living on the margins of society and human rights. His work has been published in international outlets including The New York Times, The New Yorker, CNN and The Telegraph. He has exhibited with solo shows in the USA, Europe and Asia, and his work has been recognised with a number of awards, including The Magnum Photography Award and American Photography 34. He has received grants from Aperture Foundation, EU Migration Media and Fondation pour l'Egalité des Chances en Afrique.
He was made a Fellow of The Royal Geographical Society for co-leading the first circumnavigation of the Gambia by foot, and the first source-to-sea expedition of River Gambia.

Fatou Ellika Muloshi has over 6 years experience working in the media. She is a broadcast journalist working at The Gambia Radio and Television Services (GRTS) as a Reporter/Anchor. She has reported on a wide range of topics including finance, politics, young people, women and social issues and has Read morealso covered high profile events from the IMF and World Bank's SPRING MEETINGS in  Washington DC, United States of America to presidential and Vice Presidential engagements in The Gambia. 

She's currently in her final year pursuing undergraduate degree in Journalism and Digital Media at The University of The Gambia.

Etheine Sylva is a journalist based in Serrekunda, Gambia. He worked for the Daily Observer from 2010 to 2011 and later proceeded to Unique FM a year later. From Unique FM ( a private Radio Station) he got a job at The Gambia Radio and Television Services (GRTS) in 2014. At GRTS, he pitched human Read moreinterest and feature stories. He became a Presidential Correspondent in 2016 up to 2017. Currently, he is working with the Food and Agriculture Organization ( FAO) as a Communication Specialist. But before joining FAO, Etheine also worked in a similar capacity at the Food Safety and Quality Authority of The Gambia and SeeFar’s “The Migrant Project” In his country.
