Having had considerable experience in creating and implementing communication strategies and developing internal communication solutions in different environments, I am comfortable working in a more challenging environment. I have displayed a knack for dealing with crisis situations in a prompt and calm manner. I have repeatedly demonstrated grace under pressure and a capacity to juggle competing priorities. I am also proficient enough in Afaan Oromo, Amharic and English Languages. At the moment I was an Assistant professor of journalism and communication and  serving as the Vice dean of College of Social Sciences and Humanities at Wolkite university.
