I'm Aden Abdi Abdullahi a seasoned journalist based in Dadaab, Kenya, with a robust background in the communication field, particularly within humanitarian settings. I have contributed to several media outlets, including Dalsan Media Group, SBC Somali TV, Internews, Radio Gargaar, VOA Somali service and Shabelle Media Group. My  entry into journalism was driven by a commitment not to gain popularity but to serve as an independent monitor and a voice for the voiceless.
I specialized in pitching compelling stories from the Dadaab refugee complex, acting as a watchdog for society and ensuring that marginalized voices are heard. My  work embodies the principles of integrity and accountability, consistently upholding the highest standards of journalistic excellence.
