However, growth is hindered by a lack of knowledge among officials and society, and bureaucratic delays in obtaining federal approvals from ASEA, CRE, and CENAGAS. The sector advocates for a federal policy recognizing NGVs as a strategic transition fuel, a federal single window for natural gas projects, and resources for a national program to facilitate NGV conversions or purchases. The NGV sector is committed to promoting compliance and growth for the benefit of Mexicans.
