NOSSCOU's Newly Elected Executive Committee Handover Ceremony

The Network of South Sudanese Civil Society Organizations in Uganda (NOSSCOU) held a handover ceremony for its newly elected Executive Committee at Fig Tree Hotel. The event was presided over by the outgoing coordinator, Mr. Tito Anthony, from the Center for Peace and Justice (CPJ). The ceremony included prayers, advice to avoid internal conflict, and discussions on professionalism and capacity building. The role of NOSSCOU in disseminating information about the Revitalized Accord for the Resolution of Conflict in South Sudan (RARCSS) was highlighted, as well as the importance of donor engagement. The incoming coordinator, Mr. Ter Manyang, celebrated the peaceful transition and called for support from civil organization members.
