Charles Ogallo is a journalist based in Mombasa, Kenya and a UN Climate Change Media Fellow.

He is currently the News Editor with Baraka FM Ltd, a multimedia organization in Kenya operating both radio and online.

Charles is also a founder member of African CDM Radio Journalists Club,  a media organ of the United Nations Framework Convention on Climate Change -UNFCCC, in Africa.

This article was written based on the Kenya government's report on the country's Intended National Development Contributions (INDC). The report spelt out a number of measures Kenya intends to do and challenges facing her in tackling climate change in terms of green house gases GHG reduction.
