Dan Raviv is a journalist based in Washington, DC. For 40 years he covered the world for CBS News on radio and TV. Then he was Senior Washington Correspondent for a global TV channel, i24News, with its headquarters in Tel Aviv. Raviv has written seven non-fiction books, including a best seller on Israeli espionage, a book ("Comic Wars") about Marvel's comeback from bankruptcy to become a movie powerhouse, and a new book (in 2025) on how every human has a psychological need -- "The Quest for Significance". He is considered an expert on the Middle East and America's relations with that region; and he often lectures on world affairs and is available as a host or moderator at conferences and seminars. He is usually in Washington and welcomes the chance to appear on global TV and radio stations.
