Daniel Rivera
Hailing from Puerto Rico, Daniel Rivera’s passion for arts, television and entertainment ignited at just five years old when his grandparents gifted him a video camera. This pivotal moment led him to a lifelong journey of creativity and storytelling. A graduate of the Pontifical Catholic University of Puerto Rico with a degree in Business Administration, he founded Danny Entertainment, producing videos, TV shows, and projects that spotlighted young talents and small businesses.

As an independent artist, Daniel released two music albums, "Una Nueva Oportunidad" and "Más Allá," earning recognition on Latin American radio charts and performing across various stages. His talent for connecting with audiences extended to television, where he created and hosted "Arriba Juventud," giving local artists their first break on screen.

Daniel’s career in broadcast journalism began with Telemundo Washington, where he excelled as a multimedia journalist and weather co-anchor, earning multiple Emmy® Awards for his storytelling and live coverage, including the 2019 World Series and impactful social movements. His versatility shone during the pandemic, as he innovatively delivered weather forecasts and live reporting from home.

In 2022, Daniel joined TelevisaUnivision as the Weather Anchor, delivering forecasts for Philadelphia and Washington, D.C. markets. His engaging reporting style earned him another Emmy® Award for "The Science Behind a Weather Forecast." With a career defined by creativity, resilience, and excellence, Daniel continues to inspire and inform audiences with his unique storytelling and dedication to his craft.
