Euronews: End door-to-door energy poverty with the help of your own neighbor. This is the key to the A-Porta project that the organization Confederació d’Associacions Veïnals de Catalunya (CONFAVC) is deploying in the poorest neighborhood of Barcelona: Ciutat Meridiana.
