In 2016, she received the South Asian Inquirer Award in the Radio Category, a testament to her investigative prowess and ability to bring important issues to light. The same year, she was also honored with the RTE Mobile Journalism Award, demonstrating her adaptability and skill in utilizing new technologies for storytelling.
