Francesco Guerra is a freelance photographer based in Naples. With a degree in Photography, Film and TV from the Academy of Fine Arts in Naples, from 2018 to 2023 his work focused mainly in the world of outdoor sports, working closely with athletes, specialized brands and mountain guides, in extreme environments. Francesco is an EASA drone pilot, Sub PADI AWD, and practices mountaineering and long-distance trekking. Since 2023 Francesco has been pursuing photographic projects on topics related to scientific and anthropological research, collaborating with researchers, agencies and local communities. Francis is a contributor for the New York Times. Collaborations and works include the University of Naples Federico II, INGV, Climbing Magazine, BMW, The North Face, La Sportiva, Montura.
