I have been a reporter for the last 15 years. I started out as an intern at the Associated Press, East Africa bureau in Nairobi before joining McClatchy Newspapers as a reporter and researcher. I have had a short stint with Reuters and i have also freelanced for the Mail and Guardian newspaper of South Africa. Currently i am freelancing as a feature writer, reporter and videographer.
