Nora Fakim is a journalist based in London, United Kingdom. Nora was the former BBC News Morocco Correspondent for several years before moving back to her home city London. Since moving back to London she became the Senior Presenter and Reporter for BBC East Midlands Today. She also covered stories across the UK for several BBC programmes such as BBC World and BBC Focus on Africa TV. She currently is a freelance presenter, producer and reporter in London for ITN and BBC. Nora is fluent in French and Arabic and spent a year studying Linguistics at INALCO in Paris. As a mixed British-Moroccan-Mauritian journalist, Nora is passionate about reporting on identity, women's rights and climate change.
