Canon Debuts 35mm Cinema Cameras
Canon has introduced two new interchangeable-lens digital cinema cameras, the EOS C300 with a standard Canon SLR EF mount and the EOS C300 PL with a cinema-quality PL mount. Both feature a redesigned super 35mm-equivalent, 8.29-megapixel CMOS sensor and support full 1080p HD video recording. They offer various frame rates, including a 24.00p mode to match the film camera rate. The estimated list price for each camera is $15,999.
