2022 Disability Report: Deadline for Submission is January 31, 2022
Employers in Italy with at least 15 employees are required to submit an annual report on the employment situation of disabled workers and those belonging to protected categories by January 31, 2022. This report is only necessary if there have been changes in staff that affect the reserved quota, as per Law No. 68/1999. The report must be submitted electronically through the dedicated channel to the region where the company operates, or where the legal headquarters are located if the company operates in multiple regions. Upon completion, a receipt with a unique code is issued, which serves as legal proof of compliance.

From beneficiaries to contribution obligations: what changes from January 1, 2022

Enhanced Green Pass and quarantine for vaccinated: what changes with the new Decree
The Italian Government, during the Council of Ministers meeting No. 54 on December 29, 2021, approved new rules regarding the Green Pass certification and the quarantine duration for vaccinated individuals who have been in close contact with a COVID-19 positive person. INPS Civil Disability: Review of Rejected Applications for Workers with Partial Disabilities
The Italian National Social Security Institute (INPS) has announced a review of rejected disability benefit applications for workers with partial disabilities following the Fiscal Decree. The review will consider applications rejected after the previous message that excluded partial disabilities from benefits, using new parameters with retroactive effect.
