Sharon Bhagwan-Rolls is a Suva, Fiji Islands based broadcast journalist (writer/producer) with the ability to cover and produce content on a range of current issues from the development sector, natural disasters to arts and culture as a result of more than twenty years experience in the broadcast industry including the development of Fiji and the Pacific's first women-led community radio network (FemTALK89FM). She is able to connect with a team of local producers to mobilise production teams. 

"On the ground" work experience covers local media content development, production and distribution for print, digital story-telling, online/social media and television production with a focus on gender and disability inclusive development, peace & security and humanitarian responses at national and regional level.
