Dr. Hannes Winkler has been reappointed as the CEO of Frauenthal Holding AG until December 31, 2026, following an agreement with the company's supervisory board. The executive board remains unchanged with Dr. Winkler responsible for the Automotive division, legal matters, internal audit, and human resources, Mag. Thomas Stadlhofer in charge of the Frauenthal Handel division, and Mag. Erika Hochrieser as CFO.

Starting March 1, 2024, Just will oversee sales, supply chain management, business development and marketing, IT, and digitalization. 10th Anniversary of Frauenthal Gnotec China

Frauenthal Gnotec China celebrates its tenth anniversary, marking a decade since the establishment of its first plant in Huaqiao in 2013. The company, which started with twelve employees, has grown significantly, culminating in a move to a new 10,000 square meter facility in Qiandeng in May 2022. General Manager Jonas Palmqvist acknowledged the challenges faced and growth achieved.
