A Federal High Court in Lagos dismissed an application by former Petroleum Minister, Mrs. Diezani Alison-Madueke, to be joined in a N450 million fraud charge. Diezani, represented by lawyer Mr Onyechi Ikpeazu (SAN), sought to compel the EFCC to list her as a defendant and for the Attorney General of the Federation to facilitate her return from the UK to face charges.
