Despite the apparent calmness in places like Izmaïl beach, the transformation of this region into a global grain trade hub has local villagers from various nationalities concerned about potential Russian bombardments. Traders are overwhelmed with managing the flow of goods due to limited storage capacity and the complexity of coordinating shipments, certifications, and scattered trucks.
