Realizador Audiovisual y Periodista Independiente 
 
Comienzo mi trabajo como Realizador Audiovisual y Periodista Independiente con la fundación de la Agencia Audiovisual Palenque Visión, en el año 2012. Empecé realizando pequeños documentales desde mi poca experiencia, Read morelos primeros de ellos fueron La Frontera de la Muerte, que recogió relatos de personas que fueron afectadas por las minas antipersonales en la Brigada de la Frontera en Caimanera, y Las Prisiones de Cuba, secuencia del terror, que recoge vivencias de las prisiones de Cuba. Ambos fueron publicados en canales de TV del sur de los Estados Unidos, como RTV Martí y canal 23.  
 Luego comencé a realizar pequeños reportajes audiovisuales, que también fueron aceptados en estos canales de TV y Páginas de Internet; la agencia recibió por esta labor el premio David Burke que otorga la OBG de los Estados Unidos. 
 Además de la constante preparación personal, he recibido talleres de preparación en la realización de contenidos audiovisuales con la escuela audiovisual del departamento de América Latina de People in Need (Praga 2014 y 2015, San José 2018). 
 En el 2017 cree la Agencia Audiovisual Independiente Huellas de Cuba, desde la cual continúe realizando reportajes audiovisuales que se han publicado en los sitios digitales Diario de Cuba, Cubanet y Martí Noticias, además de los canales d TV del sur de los Estados Unidos. 
 Desde el 2020, paralelo a Huellas de Cuba, creé la productora Audiovisual Independiente Alabao Production, para dedicarla a la creación de proyectos audiovisuales más complejos, como cortos documentales entre otros.

Rolando Rodríguez Lobaina is a journalist based in Holguin, Cuba.

Director de la agencia audiovisual PALENQUE VISIÓN. Graduado de Ingeniero Informático en la CUJAE, Habana, en 1992. 

Inicio mis actividades civilistas en Cuba en 1996, por reclamar cambios democráticos en mi país he sido Read morellevado a la cárcel varias veces, cumpliendo hasta 6 años de manera contínua. De igual forma he recibido 4 actos de repudio contra mí hogar donde ha quedado destruido por la agresión violenta de turbas paramilitares. 
En 2012 fundo la agencia de periodismo Palenque Visión, realizando más de 5mil reportajes a lo largo y ancho de toda la isla. Todos estos materiales han sido entregados en colaboración de Radio y Televisión Martí, ubicado en Miami. También en sitios digitales como Cubanet y ADN Cuba. Por mi constante labor formando nuevas figuras en el mundo del periodismo dentro de Cuba, una actividad perseguida por el gobierno  y la capacidad para reportar hasta 35 materiales por semanas fui galardonado con el Premio David Burke 2014, otorgada por la Junta de Gobernadores de la BBG, en los EEUU.
Hemos realizados además varios documentales que abarcan el tema de los derechos humanos en Cuba.

Dennys Delgado Morera es un Fotógrafo/Camarógrafo y Editor Nacido en Diciembre del 1992. Estudio en la escuela de Artes Plásticas y se ha dedicado a trabajar desde sus 20 años en el mundo del arte tanto fotográfico como cinematográfico. En 2017 fundo su Proyecto llamado PausaFilms en el cual hasta Read moreel día de hoy trabaja para artistas del movimiento urbano.

Dennys Delgado Morera is a Photographer/Cameragrapher and Editor Born in December 1992. He studied at the School of Fine Arts and has dedicated himself to working since he was 20 years old in the world of both photographic and cinematographic art. In 2017 he founded his Project called PausaFilms in which to this day he works for artists of the urban movement.

Juan Jacomino Castellano – Born in Havana Cuba on 14 December 1957. Juan has been a journalist for over 20 years. Juan is fully accredited by the Havana International Press Center as GRNLive correspondent in Cuba. For the past 20 years Juan has collaborated as a radio and television journalist for Read morenumerous media including CBC of Canada, Aljazeera English, National Public Radio, BBC, France 24 and others. He has traveled on international coverages to Europe and Latin America. Until 2015 he served as press liaison at the then Cuban Interest Section in Washington DC. Before that he was news director of the national radio network Radio Rebelde, and has also worked for Radio Habana, the international radio of Cuba, where he is currently the Editor in Chief for its English programming. Juan graduated with a degree in Linguistics and Literature from the University of Dar-es-Saalam in Tanzania. He is also the holder of two journalism diplomas, one of them from the Jose Marti International Journalism Institute of Havana.

His years of work in both Havana and Washington turn Juan into a professional uniquely suited to provide a informed perspective of Cuba-U.S. affairs.
