The article argues that spirituality is about action, not magic, and involves becoming aware of oneself, one's interactions, and desires. The text cites examples of public figures like Jennifer Aniston and authors like Karina Velasco and Walter Riso, emphasizing that spiritual practices are tools for personal growth, not shields against life's challenges.
