Jojo O'Brien

Jojo O'Brien is a freelance journalist based between Salcombe, United Kingdom and Meribel and Courchevel in France.  Jojo is a level 4 BASI ski instructor with French equivalence.  

An advocate of the great outdoors she will find adventure up a mountain, on the water, or right on her doorstep.  

She says yes to any challenge, and has a number under her belt including cycling across 800km and 22000m vertical in the Alps from Nice to Geneva, cycling 1500km solo from Meribel to Salcombe in a week, ski touring in Sweden and Norway, swimming Lake Annecy and Lake Bourget unsupported and paddleboarding numerous lakes and lochs, normally on just a whim and less than ideal conditions. 

Unperturbed by the ideal fitness physique she believes any size and anyone is capable of great things.  It's the power of the mindset that counts.  She is also hugely interested in nutrition and well being.
