Being a Flower — a Mindfulness Practice. I recently spent 5 weeks at the Summer Retreat in Lower Hamlet, Plum Village in the South of France. With a monastic Sister and another volunteer, I helped to lead the ‘Wake-Up’ group of young adults aged 18–35 in mindfulness practice while also having the opportunity to learn mindfulness and meditation techniques in the tradition of Thich Nhat Hanh. It was a very beautiful experience filled with many joyful and memorable moments.
