Muhammad Rizqi Nurmizan is an Indonesian video journalist based in Palembang, South Sumatra. He works for Kompas TV, an Indonesian national news channel, since 2015. Previously, he worked as a freelance journalist for Sumatera Ekspres, a regional-based newspaper. He has and still covered numerous Read moreissues on politics, governance, education, and environment, as well as major events such as wildfires in peatland areas in South Sumatra and the upcoming General Election of 2024.

Rizqi has participated in various training both at home and abroad, including a short course at RNTC Training Centre, Haarlem, The Netherlands on June 2023. He also won numerous awards in the field of journalism.

Rizqi has completed his studies at IAIN Raden Fatah Palembang, majoring in Arabic Language and Literature. He has skills in photo and video editing using Adobe Photoshop, Adobe Premiere, and AVS Video Editor.
